Types of Idler Rollers We Supply:
�� Troughing Idlers (3-Roll and 2-Roll)
3-Roll and 2-Roll conveyor idlers initially function to bear down-belt loads at specific angles of 20°, 30° or 35°. Crushed stone together with sand and ore finds excellent application with this idler design.
The application includes the troughing idler roller and the 3-roll conveyor idler as well as the quarry belt support roller.
�� Impact Idlers
Impact idlers serve as protective elements at loading areas because they reduce belt damage while absorbing violent impacts. Heavy-duty impact resistance occurs through rubber ring installation.
�� Return Rollers (Flat or V-Return)
The return side operator should maintain belt support while minimizing its lateral movement. The equipment comes with two finish options which include galvanized or powder-coated.
The product line includes return conveyor rollers together with flat belt return idlers and corrosion-proof rollers.
�� Self-Aligning Idlers (Training Idlers)
These components help fix belt tracking problems so the belt moves toward a straight path. Suitable for long-distance conveyors.
A set of conveyor rollers includes the self-aligning idler and the belt tracking roller and the automatic adjustment roller.
