Rubber Compounding and Mixing: In this stage, chosen raw materials are mixed and blended to enhance elasticity, ease of use at both low and high temperatures and durability.

Belt Molding and Layering: Using high-precision equipment, rubber and fabric are layered in our production line to get the tough center of the belt.

V-Belt Forming and Vulcanization: To sustain performance under tension and load, the belts are given a shape and cured by heating them.

Inspection and Storage: All the belts are inspected for correct dimensions, strong tensile strength and uniformity before they are packed.
